Default Servo Help

Ok, I'm pretty new at this. Just started really modding the truck during my current deployment and found this site. The more I read I see things look easier than I had thought. All my mods now are being done by a mechanic in Jacksonville, NC. He's a good guy and all but I would rather stop giving him my money and be able to say I did the work on my own truck... I was looking around and I want to put a Vette Servo in. I did a search for install tips or directions and what not but havent really found what I was looking for. Can anyone help me out with this? Maybe a link? Is it something I could do at home in the driveway? Any help is greatly appreciated! one back for me!

It's easy dude. You can see your existing servo in the side if your tranny right now. Just remove it and install the Vette servo. Make sure you get the rubber band in the correct slot in the servo, or you'll have trouble and end up buying another one.

If you need a breakdown, let me know and I'll try to email you apicture or either just mail you the procedure.

Cool deal dude.....I'll print it off and mail it to you (snail mail)......hope it helps you out.

If you're out defending my country, the least I can do is mail you some directions.

its at the side of the transmission when you look at it from the bottom its on the opposite side of the shift linkage. You lose about 1qt +/- of tranny fluid.

I changed out my servo in less then 30 minutes.

Where in iraq are you at? Thank you for what you do for this country...
