Default Rough ride still after new shocks

My 99 xcab z71, NBS, with 150,000 miles has started to ride pretty badly lately. I finally got around to ditching those stock Tokico or whatever they are called shocks and bought some new Bilstein`s. I put them on the other day hoping my ride would not be so bouncy and start to ride better. Well, it did firm it up a bit, but is still a bit bouncy and quite a bit of body roll still in turns. I understand this truck has 150,000 miles on it, so I wasn`t expecting it to ride like brand new again. However, the ride was not much improved. I have 3 year old 285 BFG all-terrains on it. Still in very good shape tires. I am wondering what is causing it to still not ride very well. Could it be the springs or bushings? Suspension is bone stock. I do have a poly bushing set for the 88-98 body style trucks. I was wondering if those would work on my newer body style truck. Any thoughts and help is greatly appreciated.

Nothing has been done to the suspension. It is all stock and at the stock settings. It is my daily driver. I have owned it since it was new. I haven`t messed with anything on it

Same thing happened to me...I cranked the torsion bars about 1 turn, starting with 1/4 turn at a time until it got rid of the bounce. No re-alignment was necesary but I'd have it checked just to make sure.
