Exclamation rear axle off center

My 99 silverado scsb is dropped 4/6 and bought it that way. It had the rear fender lips rolled up because the 22s with a 2653522 was rubbing on the passenger side only. The rear axle is off to the passenger side about 1/4 to 1/2 inch. I now have a new bed on it and the lips are not rolled so it rubs pretty bad. I have read that other people have had the same problem but nothing on how they fixed it. I have researched that even stock height, some people have the same problem but obviously no clearance issues. I have tried a few different ideas and nothing has worked so far. Has anyone else run into this issue and how did they fix it. Thanks for any help I can get. Trying to get my wheels back on sometime soon.

Have you tried jacking up the rear, losing the "U" bolts and trying to shift the axle over. Use a tape measure and make sure the axle is even from side to side and back to front. I had a 89 1500 that was 4/5 dropped. The passenger side rear wheel sat a bit further forward the the driver. I found the the axle locating pin then the new leaf was way smaller then the hole in the perch.
Other then that you are going to have to look under the truck and see what you can find.

I had this issue also and the drop leaf springs had shifted apart allowing the rear to shift over. i loosened the u bolts and banged all the leafs even then tightened it up really good and it straigtened it out. the torque from hard acceleration is causing this

Measure from the back of your drum/rotor to the frame to determine if the side to side is Even. Then I would get a framing square and check the squareness of the axle off the frame.
