Rattle coming from bellhousing area?

The truck is a 99 silverado,2wd, auto, 5.3, and 193,xxx miles. There is a slight rattle in the bell housing, which my mechanic told me he thinks is some debris, and nothing mechanical. He told me that if it bothered me, we could fix it. Any other ideas of what it could be?

Can you hear it at idle? does it increase in speed with rpm?

could be converter bolts backing out .any recent repairs?

You can hear it at idle and while driving. It does increase with rpm, but I can't hear it over the radio at average volume. No recent repairs.

Just pull the flexplate inspection cover and look, prolly take a whole 30 mins :P

Could be loose converter bolts or a cracked flexplate...

I had a one of the torx headed case bolts back out once sounded like the video until it got shot out of the inspection cap on the bottom of the bell housing.
