possible 8lug -> 6lug conversion?

is it possible to get a set of Silverado SS or Trailblazer SS rims my 2500hd? i've seen adapters in catalogs and magazines, but nothing for a 8lug-> 6lg conversion. can it be done?

silverado ss and trailblazer ss bolt patterns are different

might look into the compatibility of replacing the hubs in the front with 6 lug hubs. you could also have your rear axles re-drilled for 6 lugs as well.

Nope TBSS wheels are 6 on 5 or something instead of 6 on 5.5

even all that happens the strenght of the wheels might not hold the weight of the HD trucks

HD truck doesnt weigh much more then a suburban unless we its a diesel or BB.

dont forget the weight carrying capaicty of the HDs

All thats over the rear axle and if he just gets the hubs redrilled he isnt sacrificing much if any strength. Ill have to look through my book of shit and find the company that Im using to make my axles for 14 bolt SF swap but they make aftermarket axles for the 14 bolts in whatever lug pattern you want. Guess it just ocmes down to how deep he wants to go.

i still wouldnt want a LT rim on a HD truck

but to each his own
