I came across this and did not know this was the case. Here is a list of cars that also came with the 4l80E stock. Thought some people might find it interesting.

I guess im only the one that did not know LOL

So...did they buy the trans from GM then, or did they buy rights and build their own?

Makes sense that it was a "secret"...what would Rolls, Aston, Bentley, and Jag owners say if they knew they had GM parts in their cars? :P

That is cool info.. I did not know about the Aston Martin.
