NNBS 3/4 ton parts on 1/2 ton???

NNBS 3/4 ton parts on 1/2 ton???
Will the suspension parts swap over? I know the CV's will and they are a little stronger and a little longer for what i need. Anyone know if the control arms etc are swappable?
