Amazon.com: ACDelco 12546252 Transmission Oil Auxiliary Cooler Kit: Automotive Amazon.com: ACDelco 12546252 Transmission Oil Auxiliary Cooler Kit: Automotive

Same as 70266 just open up the 5/16" flare to 1/4" NPT and use snap line fitting to transmission.

I really like the clean install you performed. Just one question is that cooler supposed to be installed fittings up or down I've heard different scenarios for that particular cooler?

I have also heard the same. But the Chevy and Ford trucks that used these stacked plates had the fittings down. The stacked plate design should purge the air through over time.

OP, have you had any issues with over cooling in the winter time with this? What about line pressure on the transmission?

As long as cooler in series with radiator cooler ATF will warm. Use a synthetic fluid for lowest temp flow. Cooler lines are just for cooling circuit no pressure diverted from transmission operation.
