Default New Nickle Plated Slip Yoke Lube Type?

Can anyone shed some light on what to lube the new updated yoke splines with.
There is lots of debate on what to use when the old yoke starts binding, nobody talks about what to use when installing the updated nickle plated yoke.
I have one in route from Fort Wayne Clutch & Driveline. Fair Prices.
I had trouble finding one for my 05. From what it looks on the site they come straight from Spicer now.

No idea that this helps you, but I use the $6 tube of moly grease from Oreillys and I haven't broke anything yet

I'm not convinced lube type matters for this, but I've been wrong before. I don't run greaseable joints: seen too many break; so my experience is ball joints and sway links really.

I think he's referring to lubing the inner splines of the new slip yoke like GM recommends for getting rid of that "clunk"

I have a tub of red n tacky grease that I smear on the inside when I reassemble. Haven't had a clunk yet on any vehicle

Ahhh

I just use ATF there and no clunks, but I've only done it on my 241 swapped Tahoe. Every truck is different I'm sure

I usually rub ATF on the outside of the yoke as well. Definitely don't shove it in dry... Life lessons there

Default Magic Slip Yoke Cure It

I installed the yoke today and no more clunk.
I also received a reply form the Yoke supplier if they has any input on pre-lubing the splines. They did not and added they do know the Nickle Yoke is not always the fix, sometimes it makes no difference, or only lasts a short time.
So I wait.

I used the extreme pressure (EP) rated grease shown below on the old Yoke 5 years ago and it helped for that long. I decided to go after it with the Nickle.
I put maybe a level teaspoon on the tip of my finger and apply it to just inside the opening and push it full travel a few times.
