Need a little help with a yank 3600 with a 6L80E
Guy's got a 2011 reg cab GMC with a 6.2, the motor is .010 over, a little head work, around a 600 lift camshaft, all bolt ons, 4.10s and this yank converter, probabaly makes 420 rwhp give or take, now back to the yank, I had this verter in a ext cab 6.2 truck with just bolton's and it done great, now in the reg cab it foot breaks to about 2200 and flashes to around 2600 and cutting 1.9 60's wchich is not going to get it, seems like I could get it to foot break around 2800 in the ext cab ( been a while since I owned it), any ideas, contacted yank through email but no response, any ideas, every thing is fine with it other than the stall speed, truck is fairly strong 7.90's in the 1/8 at 89 mph with a 1.96 60ft dead hooking, I'm going to pull it soon and send it to yank but just thought I would ask around a bit about it. THANKS! BTW this is the high dollar yank with all the good stuff think it was like $1100 when new I bought from a member on here couple years back.

Just a restall and you'll be golden. I've had mine tightened on another truck in the past and you can have it loosened as well. No idea on price but not too bad.

Does line pressure effect stall? Maybe higher pressure being commanded in your tune? Might try that route first, 6l80 is a bitch to tune but dam once done properly they are the ****. I'm still on a stock converter and I've run mid 12's not even launching it, I leave the lights at 700 rpm... Lol...
