Need answer quickly please 4l60 to 4l80?

Can a 2008 GMC 4x4 with 4l60 be swapped to 4l80 and it work with the 08+ electronics? If so what yr 4l80? 08+? May have to buy a truck tomorrow.

I appreciate it sir! Haven't been able to find an 05-07 truck locally or priced right and my cpa may tell me I have to purchase tomorrow. It's a nice 08 4x4.
