NBS 9.25 front diff CAD delete

what would happen if one was to do this without a traction aid in the front of the 9.25 IFS trucks? Acelerated wear on components? I’m probably looking at this from a backwards prospective but I acquired a H2 frame and drive line. I’m considering lengthening it 7” to get proper wheelbase to fit my 1/2 burb. I know front and rear portions are short but I can manage that. Basically the 9.25 on the H2 chassis is close to the awd diff on the SS trucks in the sense of no axle disconnect. I won’t use the BW transfer case from H2 driveline as it’s busted up. I’ll be running a 246. Just wondering other than electronic issues what’s going to happen with the front axles always engaged and a 246 vs the BW awd t case the H2’s comes with factory? This got me to thinking why one couldn’t use the pass side axle shaft from the H2 front diff to delete the axle disconnect on the NBS 9.25 ifs trucks as there both 33 spline and same flange. From my understanding they use the same CV axles as well. thoughts?
