Under recommended parts for the posi it says an install kit and 2 seperate bearings for some other rearend? Im kind of confused of what all i need to buy to install the gears and posi.

You nees RAT-366K and you'll need some fluid. (assuming by your user name that you have a 2000 Z71)
If a shop is going to install the parts for you, then they will have the fluid. Just a thought. If you buy the parts and install them yourself you save a few bucks but, get no warranty. I bought my own parts and had a shop do the install and still got no warranty because I brought the parts in. So..if youre gonna have a shop do the install, price the total (all parts and labor) through them and see if its worth losing the warranty.

it says 7.5 in. so i think it's for the front diff. of 4wd's. Ignore it. you do need that master install kit though. If you have never installed gears before i would reccomend taking it to a shop because they have the lash meters and know the correct torque, can install your crush sleeve correctly, everything.
