leaking transfer case

Default leaking transfer case

my transfer case is leaking now im putting a quart in per week how do i fix this?

Where is it leaking, can't help without knowing that.

They are prone to cracking at the drain bolt hole.

I'd remove the case and reseal it if need be or replace whatever part is leaking.

The pump can also rub through the case.

It's a common known issue and they sell a case saver to fix it.

This is the Merchant Auto pump rub kit I used to stave off case holes.
