Yes, tires are closely related to suspension, but the facts are that MOST guys buy wheels/tires based on appearance. This forum will be more filled with technical suspension/drivetrain stuff, and probably be busier than the appearance forum. So, with that in mind keep the tires/wheels discussions in appearance.

I agree and disagree. Before bars, springs, and coils what was suspension?
Anyway, it makes no real difference to me as I'll have somewhere to talk about them in any case

I don't see what the problem is with talking about them in both places, depending on the purpose of the post. If guys want to talk about what wheel looks better, post in Appearance. If they want to talk about unsprung wheel weight and how that affects handling, or tire compounds/stickiness, then here would be more appropriate. What's wrong with that?
