Hydroboost Power Steering Pump Part Number

I have been looking for the correct power steering pump numbers for my hydroboost set up. There are 4-5 different part numbers, and I want to ensure I get the correct one. My truck is a 2000.

Here are the part numbers I have:

36517350
36517150
36517154
36517135
20756715

From what I have read, certain pumps have longer shafts and some of the pumps for hydroboost are said to have higher output. All the part numbers above have a canister and the extra return port.

Can someone confirm the correct pump number?

Wow, I didn't realise there so many for one truck.

I got a used setup so I have no Idea on the actual part number it self.

I would order it for the model that closely resembles your truck.

The made a gas 2500 in 2000 with a RCLB that had 4 wheel disk. Very popular for work trucks and government service trucks. I can PM you and give you a Vin off one and you can call the dealer if you would like to confirm a part number for that application.

Just went to Advance and ordered a pump from a 2001 3/4 ton 6L Part No. 20-8739F

Thanks for the info. I ended up ordering part number 20756715 as it was for an 01-02 Silverado. I hope it works.

I read that the aftermarket pumps have a history os going bad, so I wanted to get a factory pump. Ordered from RockAuto and it was around $125 with no core.

Yeah I had some concerns with the reman pumps but after 4 years and almost 100k it seams to be working good for me
