does the brakes hang up all the time or just when the engine is running... if they hang only when its runnin try this..

you may have spliced into the wrong side of the cooler lines if you dont have the correct ps pump... splice into the line goin to the pump from the cooler ther is to much back pressure created in the line coming out out the sector line to the cooler... ive been ther done that.....hope this helps
