I have not noticed any vibration whatsoever, but the only time I have gotten on it in 4wd wasn't really in 4wd, it was in auto 4wd. But no vibrations. It drives exactly as it did before, it doesn't even seem any stiffer. It is a very easy adjustment; you just tighten the two bolts a few turns when it's jacked up. If you don't like the ride quality after a few miles, put it back to stock. The whole adjustment takes less than 30 minutes. Hope this helps.
