I had used a Belltech hidden hitch on my 2000, that I had. It work great in conjunction with the flip-up license plate bracket. Installed in the factory locations.

Got my Hidden Hitch from JCWhitney for $99.00 w/ free shipping and no tax. I believe it is a Class IV and works great with my Sir Michaels rollpan. Belltech and Sir Micheals wanted like $160.00 for the hitch at the time.

I paid $99 for my from AIM industries (I know, I know). So far it has worked great, and it installed in the factory location.

However, with the hidden hitch, you'll need a spare tire relocator if you don't already have one. Plus, you might need to downsize your spare. Obviously you'll need a flip plate too, like the others said. :D
