Not sure yet. Just depends on when he syas he needs me there to tune it ya know.
I'm gonna try to do my best to get in town at least an hour before he wants to start on it cause i have my 42lb injectors and i gotta remove the stockers and put those in before we start. I'm slow so it should take me a good 45 mins to swap em out.
I think he is gonna call me today or tomorrow and i can ask him about then.

 

well be sure to plan it well, cause if you end up going to memorial drive during rush hours expect alot of traffic!!! about 2hrs from baytown to memorial drive...

but if you can get it tuned early during the day that would be better, then you'll be able to come play with us at the track...

by the way I'll be at the track at 5pm

 

I'll see what i can do. But i think he wants to tune in the afternoon....i was gonna go Monday..but well tranny messed that up and it was gonna be at 5:30

So did you find out about your transmission yet? How bad was it?

 

I don't know. Won't know if i'm getting it back tomorrow until tomorrow lol.
The guy was real busy already when i dropped it off so he had to push it to tomorrow instead of today.
Sucks but what ya gonna do?

 

Well it was just the pump that failed on me. I don't have the truck back just yet but i should have it this afternoon according to the ol tranny fixer upper.
He said make sure i get my line pressure lowered cause the pump basically shattered!!!
Anyway i knew it was too high and wanted it lowered.....it's all good though Wheatley is gonna fix me up with my tune this Friday at about 4:30

I asked about taking it to the track and he said he can't make it there with traffic and such because of his day job i believe. It would be rough trying to get there basically.
Ethier way i'm ready to get this baby back on the road....(this afternoon)....and have a real tune it so i can see what 6.0 is made of!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds good. It should be like night and day compared to the stock tune in it right now.
