Trans will ship Tuesday; ordered it with a FTI triple disc with 2800 stall. Advertised HP rating for the trans is 800. Not sure if I believe that but I guess I'll hope for the best. I would have rather done the conversion.

I have a Performabuilt level 3 with a 2800 stall on my 2008 5.3 with a TVS1900 supercharger and I love it. I suggest you ditch the cooler they provide and install a tru-cool 40K cooler.

I actually already have the Tru-Cool installed. Good to hear the Performabuilt works well for you.

Good, I ran the one they provided for a about a week and noticed my trans temps getting up to about 200+ degrees and I did not like that, even though they said that was acceptable. I swapped it out for a tru cool and I have never been above 175 degrees, even when push for a few full throttle pulls. I don't drive my truck everyday, it is more of a weekend toy. Do not let the 1-2 shift scare you...it hits very hard, after that it just keeps pulling.
