Help 9.5 14 bolt swap?

I was up las lastnight doing all kinds of searches on here for the 9.5" 14 bolt swap for my 2001 RC silvy 8.5 10 bolt and from the information I gained the 2005 and up rear-wheel drive Silverado SS rearend or the 2005 and up GMC VHO rearend is a direct swap with no fabrication, and my disk brakes will transfer over as well. I have searched carparts dot com but I am not sure of what choice to select because I get like 20 or so hits and dont know what RPO code to select. From what I have read the AXN for hybrid axle is the correct code but not sure? I am going to post a picture to the bottom of this post of the choices I get and was wondering if you all could help me with this.
thank you

Axn is the rpo for a 9.5 ring gear.

My ?? is why do you want to do that swap, when your rear in the truck is more then capable to go 10's?????

So the one I have selected 3rd from the bottom would be the correct one? Or would it be the the 4th or 6th one from the bottom that says SS. I know that the GT5 is the 4.10 gear ratio and the GT4 is the 3.73 but I just want to make sure its the 9.5" 14 bolt version. I know that the earlier model SS with all wheel drive used the smaller 8.5"(8.6) because the load was spread over two axles.
thanks

that is correct, AXN is the Rpo for 9.5, and yes the 2006 "SS" had AXN and GT5,2003-2005 Had only a 10 bolt with gt5

thank you, thought I had read it was available in 2005 though so thanks for clearing that up.

one more quick question for anybody, what gear ratio did the 2006 9.5" 14 bolt rear wheel drive SS come with, was it 3.73 or 4.10 or both?

Does the axn axle have factory disc?
