well guys i finally going to put in the 4.10s on my truck. my question is if the pinion gear has a small chip on one of the tooth will it work??? is there any way on just buy the pinion gear or can it be fixable. need help asap

 

what is better to use a crush sleeve or spacer and shims?? or do u need both
