Factory 3.08's?

Does anybody know if the factory made NBS trucks with 3.08 gears? I know the aftermarket makes them but was it an available RPO for 8.6" 10 bolts?

Nobody? I know 3.23's exist, but not 3.08's?

They didnt have that option for the NBS, I know tons of OBS had 3:08's from the factory on their 8.5's

Interesting....and from what I've gathered, 8.6 and 8.5 rear ends have identical ring and pinions.

Im almost positive I've seen it. Im pretty sure they only put them in RCSB V6's. Never saw them in a V8.

i have a rear end with bad spider gears out of an 03 with 3.08 at the shop
