Default Driveshaft?

I've been talking to a few people and reading on the boards here, and it seems like the general consensus is that its a good idea to upgrade the driveshaft before adding any real power to my truck.

I did a search and couldn't find much info on what people are upgrading to. My truck is an '02 RCSB with the 4L60E. Any recommendations, or should I just have one built locally?

Also, if/when I swap out to a 4L80E, will the same driveshaft work?

Thanks guys.
