Default Driveshaft (4L80e+14bolt)

What kind of driveshaft does everybody use with a singlecab+4l80e+14bolt? back when i did it i had the oem one shortened but it would vibrate then found one at the yunkyard wish i have no idea what it came off, it would vibrate going over 120mph wish i didnt run in a 1/4 so i was fine, now that im starting to trap that in a 1/4 i need a new driveshaft, should i have one custom made? if so where and what diameter 3" or 3.5"

I had one custom made by DSS (DriveShaft Specialist) in Texas and it has been great. They have diagrams of how to measure for proper length. I believe mine was 3.5" thick wall with 1350 joints on both ends. I have had several from them and they have all been great.

Driveshaft specialist built a 5" aluminum shaft for my rcsb with 1350 joints, works good.

Looking back he had recommeded me a 5inch aluminum for the power I was looking to make and a chromoly trans slip yoke for about 700~

5" was rated at 7300lb/ft and high enough critical speed to not worry about it.
