get that puppy checked for balancing. Tube likely to be bent. It won't look bent by eyballing it, but .040" is a lot at 90+mph. I know this first-hand.

On second thought... have you changed the stance on the truck. I just noticed your avatar. Looks like it's lowered. Nice BTW! Check the pinion angle. May be more than recommended 1 - 3 degrees.

don't go that fast with it. it will eventually fly out and destroy stuff. a one piece shaft is too long for the wheelbase. the ONLY SAFE fix for it is a 2 piece conversion.

It is your driveshaft and it will fly off sooner or later. You need a 2pc from an extended cab, fits like a glove, just need to build a crossmember for it.

The shop that built my 1pc for my RCSB mentioned that they gets all kind of folks trying to run a 1pc on ECSBs. They recommend 2pc shafts w/ crossmember for support. The longer the driveshaft, the more potential for throw-out.

It does work. There's several friends of mine here running them already. They have used 2pc d/s from a 99-02's. Need to make a support (crossmember). All four wheels need to be on the floor not on jackstands cause you need to get the proper pinion angle and the support needs to be a certain hight.
My cousin just got it done on his NNBS 07 and no vibrations at all.
