Default Ditching leafs and converting to 4 bar coilover setup in the rear?

I have a 01 ECSB 4wd truck and will be converting the front to Atomic's coil over brackets at some point this spring/summer. While doing some thinking I would like to convert the rear to some coil overs as well. I will point out that I do not race the truck, I just want the best ride and handling as possible in the corners while being low. Reliable, well balanced sports car-like suspension is what i'm going for.

Question is, has anyone done that setup? How much better was it than stock leafs? Are there any other better ways to set it up?
