cruise control and TCC

i have a question about the TCC and cruise control. i have a yank tt3000 and set the pwm or TCC table (forgot which) to 100 max and 90 min. well if cruise is on and your going say down a hill it will engage and disengage all the way down. you can feel it kick, release, then kick, and release. it only happens during times like down hill. where the cruise does not have to hold the throttle so to speak. as in if you were driving you would be bearly touching the peddal. any ideas? i'm sure its in the tune, but where?

Mine does the same thing, it is rather annoying. Subscribed!

Dfco.

what would the dfco have to do with the tcc locking and unlocking? it doesn't do this if you just let off the gas. it kinda does the same thing if you let completely off the gas and than hit it again. you can feel it lock up again instead of it staying locked in the first place.

Fuel cutting off...and then on, yeah it does feel like that. It was really extreme when I was in the hills over Reno at altitude too.

There are different TCC apply and release tables for cruise mode....make sure they are set the same as the normal tables.

i'll have to watch my wideband. of course stock it doesn't do it. i guess if it did you wouldn't even know being that the stall speed is so low.

i'll check those when i get home. is there a way to make it stay locked when you let off the gas? i thought it was suppose to stay locked until you hit the brake.

I dunno about the 60E. I know for my 80E I've been asking about that on the efilive forum and nobody has a good answer for me. I can't get mine to stay locked when coasting.
