Default corvette servo install 1-2 not firm

Hey guys I installed my corvette servo on my truck this weekend and I'm having a small issue. I first installed the servo incorrectly by forgetting to put the 4th apply piston in. I drove the truck and 1-2 and 2-3 felt great nice crisp and firm. After hitting 60 mph and the truck not shifting into 4th i realized my mistake. I went back home pulled the servo assembly out again cleaned everything checked all seals and o-rings and reassembled correctly this time. Now my problem is i feel like my 1-2 shift is stock again and the 2-3 shift is firm. There is a noticeable difference in the 1-2 and 2-3 firmness. Anyone experience a different firmness level between 1-2 and 2-3 shift? Thanks for the input much appreciated.

My 1-2 was more noticeable than 2-3. Take it apart and re check everything again.

Not sure what year your truck is but some 4L60Es have adaptive learning that will actually make your shifts somewhat mushy again.
