Ok well I have an 89 Sierra my drivers side coil spring is broken so obviously they need replaced at some point. I was wondering how do you take them out? Can I just unhook the sway bar and the lower part of the spindle and lower the lower control arm with a jack after the shock is out or do I also need a spring compresor? Also if I replace with a drop springs do I need drop shocks along with an alignment?
