Default Circle D Converter Awesome

Pulled trans out today to freshen up and install new +4C torque converter from Cirlce D. Bad *** looking converter and comes with new bolts, washers and even loctite... Took it easy coming home tonight from work, but what really impressed me was the stall felt like a factory torque converter in stop and go traffic. Will be at the track this weekend to feel and see the difference. Thanks Chris........

This is great info, I'm leaning towards CirlceD. I want a converter that reacts normally under normal driving conditions but flashes to the advertised stall speed when you romp on it. Is that a 9.5" converter?

I never had a failure with the PTC's converter. I did not like the normal driving habits of the converter and the shift drop when racing.

The Circle D converter is 245mm in diameter which come out to 9.65".

I got the same stall. Mine flashes to 4000rpm and brake stalls to 3000-3100rpm
