Default Caliper bracket hitting lower control arm!?!

I've been having an issue with my Truck('05 2500HD) lately.

When making a left turn, the LF Caliper bracket bolt is hitting the lower control arm.

The RF tire is also rubbing the sway bar and there is a whining noise being transmitted through the steering column.

It doesn't happen every time but often enough to know it's not the safest idea to keep driving it.

The truck has 33's and the torsions cranked a bit. Any ideas on what could cause this? I am hoping to at least diagnose it this weekend. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks....
