Default BW4481 to NVG149

I'm looking to replace the BW4481 with an NVG149 in my 04 Escalade. The main factor driving this decision is that my brake lines are extremely rusty and I'd like to replace them before one blows out on me. I've decided to simplify things by using a disc/disc proportioning valve and completely doing away with ABS. I'm guessing the 4481 TC is pretty much useless when not working in conjunction with ABS/traction control.

I bought a good used nvg149......is the front and rear drive shaft the same length for both transfer cases? Does anything need to be changed in the BCM? I'm assuming it would also be wise to swap a g80 rear at the same time? Anything else I'm missing?
