Without more info just a guess
Brake lines look fine and i was covering all bases. Used to be a mechanic so as professionally done as it could be.

Do the slider pins that the brake caliper bolt on to slide back and forth easily? Sometimes crap gets in there and gets gunky and sticks acting like a collapsed brake line, thus causing the caliper to hang. Could be a bad hub bearing getting hot and the tolerances go bad? If its cheap enough it may. Dont know for sure just throwing that one out there.

Regreased slider pins and replaced wheel bearings. Brake lines are fine. It starts shaking after being on a straight flat road for a couple miles at highway speeds then stops after you pull over and stop. And its a 2006 silverado crew cab ls 2wd front disc rear drum

Then your issue is most likey with the rims or tires.

Check the inner and outter tie rods as well.

^^^^^ Bingo. A tire could be out of round, bent wheel, loose or worn tie rods. All will feel very similar.

Truck still has issues its getting worse. Its doing it after around town driving. The pedal gets stiff and their is no play and the brakes get super sensitive. You can feel a pulsating feeling in the pedal and a humming/vibrating noise. It comes and goes. Can the lines still be bad but still feel ok to the touch? Could the rear brake cyls be causing this?? Im stumped..
