flt trans parts kit.
Has anyone bought and installed a level 4 or 5 parts kit from FLt.

Can the kit be installed by compitent local trans shop.
Any special machining involved.
Do the kits come with instructions.

Chuck doesnt currently sell "kits" that are the same as the level 4 and 5 transmissions. The parts are only 1/2 the equation in a good transmission proper assemble is the other half. You may want to call and talk to Chuck or email him and he can better explain it to you.

that's seems like the way to go, but will take 2 weeks to build and ship to me.
i'm driving a rental now so it's just more cubic dollars.
might as well do it right the first time, i'll probably give them an order tomorrow.

watch what u say cause big kid is down right now with a flt not saing they r not good cause i have heard alot of people have them and beat the hell out of them.i am just saying they r not a complete fix and forget imo their is none that exists.
