Default Alignment with level kit

I have an 08 duramax LMM and I just put 4 bilstien 5100 shocks all the way around and the Cognito Upper control arm kit. Also has a ready lift leveling kit. I raised the tortions to match the rear but everytime i take it to get aligned they say they need to drop them down in order to properly align it? With the tortions cranked my ride seemed better. He lowered it an inch and the ride is rougher. If i crank it up a half inch would I need to realign it?

Yes, that is going to throw off the camber and caster if you crank the torsion bars again.
