Default 5.3 to T56 flywheel bolts

Is there anything special about them? I had it in my head that there was but the bolts that I have look normal. I googled them and I saw some that are fully threaded and some that have a short shoulder. Which is correct?

I used the factory flywheel bolts, thread lock and torqued them to spec. I've been driving my truck everyday for the last 7 months. I will be putting the APR bolts in when i swap the engine out, for no other reason than i have them laying around.
