Exclamation 4x4 2000 Silverado and 2003 GMC Yukon Share the Same Rearend Components?

I didn't know where to ask this question, so my apologies if this isn't the place.
I researched Ronnie's Machining website, (I'm on the east coast so I missed the opportunity to speak with him), but my research tells me that all GM 8.6, 2000 to 2008 are the same.

I've got a guy interested in my 3.73's and Gov Lok and he wants to install them in his 2003 GMC Yukon. Is there anything here I should be aware of?

Need an answer quick. I owe the prospective buyer an answer by tomorrow.

Thanks.

Yes they are the same as far as internals go as long as it's an 8.6 10 bolt. All half ton trucks and SUV's from 99+ are the same. Only difference is the brakes.
