I picked up about 6mpg with my T56 swap with the stock 3.73 gears. This was giving me a cruise RPM of about 1500 at 75mph. I feel like lower cruise RPM will help with MPG a lot, but I do have to downshift to 5th for big hills. Going to 4.56s soon.

How about the city, how much did you gain or lose there?

Find the T56 swap thread, plenty of pics in there. The shifter comes through the cup holder in the center console.
