Default 4l80e fitment for which 4.8/5.3 years?
I have the opp to get a 2005 4l80e I curently have a 2002 5.3 and a 2003 4.8, would the 4l80e be a direct fit? Would I have any problems?

It would bolt on to either motor just fine.

You just need the matching flex plate and torque converter.
