Default 4L80E conversion exhaust routing

Getting ready to do a 4L80E conversion in my 06 GMC Sierra 2WD Vortec Max with torsion bar front suspension. Currently have ARH headers and catless crossover pipes. Going to use Dtrfab81 tubular transmission crossover. Does the crossover exhaust pipe coming from the driver's side have to be changed at all to accommodate the 4L80E? Is the 4L80E pan in the same location? Any assistance would greatly be appreciated so I can start accounting for changes.

If you use the stock pan it should fit about the same. If you use an aftermarket pan you will need the crossover to be lower.

Btw, if you want to get rid of those torsion bars for some coilovers let me know, I sell a bracket kit and shocks so its all a bolt-on deal and can achieve 5" drop to 3" lift with factory control arms.

Thanks for the heads up about the larger pan. I will keep your kit in mind. Currently lowered about 5" in the front using 3" lower control arms and 2" drop spindle. It is pretty convenient with the torsions to dial in the final ride height.
