Default 4l65E no overdrive.. again

ok folks.. you all know my project.. you know what i got in it.. soo here we go..
i think i lost OD AGAIN.. no offense to original tranny builder.. but it went out again. Vince, maybe you can chime in.. you know how it was built..... the Lvl5 65e... was fine, but i lost OD and 3rd in April
I didnt have time to have that shop rebuild it and charge me what they did before.. so i found a local place that did it and gave a 3 yr unlimited mile warranty.. so this repair should be covered by it.. but .. i can go 1st, 2nd, 3rd,.. then.. no more shifting.. heres a vid:
‪4l60e Overdrive problem‬‏ - YouTube

thoughts? (honestly im getting real tired of tranny issues).. please no comments about "just go 80e , etc".. im looking for real insights to this issue..

Just go with a 80...

And yes, that's real insight! There's a reason everyone that pushes their trucks swaps transmissions.....

It's because your alternator is too shiny.

ooops someone change the title.. i meant to type 65e.. OOOPS.. the reasons they are changing thier trannys is cuz they are pushing them HARD usually.. i dont.. i dont peel from each stop.. i dont hit 6500 RPM.. i dont have a tune that gets hard shifts, etc.. i havent even raced it yet..

Do you get converter lockup? My first instinct would be to hook up the scanner and see what its doing electronically...
