Default 4l60e slipping? Can u confirm?

I suspect my stock 4l60e is slipping, or the converter is pooched. I am gearing up to buy a built 4l60e to handle my new power levels.

Ok this is what happened, I put a 72mm turbo on my 2009 4.8 Silverado 1500. Some other supporting mods, I know the trans isn't built for this power, I was hoping to just get it street tuned, then next year get a trans.
During my first (and every consecutive) WOT pull (for tuning) it did what I imagine is slipping, once turbo spools up the rpm rockets upward and speedo only steadily increAses... it feels like a slipping clutch in a manual trans.

I just need your expert opinion, as I am learning as I go, my transmission knowledge is limited.

I'm ready to drop 2000+ on a built trans, just need to know that's my problem.
Also , can anyone recommend a good trans shop? I'm in Canada so it will
Have to be shipped most likely. If it's a Canadian shop, even better cuz I won't pay duty across the border. Looking for capable trans of 600hp. I'd like to stay with 4l60e for ease of installation,
Thanks for the thoughts guys!

Trans slipping is most likely but wheel slip on a dyno is possible too. Assuming you were looking for that then the trans is gone.

What gear was the pull in? Normally the weak points in a 4l60e is the 3-4 clutch pack.

In my truck i did a stage 1.5 from ProBuilt Automatics .... https://www.700r4l60e.com/...Dude is the best. super knowledgeable and responsive. I did basically a stock rebuild with a bunch of upgrades, you would need to step up to a higher stage for your truck, but give him a call and he will tell you exactly what you need.

I know you want to stay 60, but honestly you may want to look into a 4l80

600hp is kinda the tipping point for 60 reliability in these trucks.
