Good morning everyone been having an issue with my truck for awhile now first of all i was having an issue where the truck would drop to 1st or 2nd and not shift i fixed that by putting a new range sensor on but now im having and issue where it wont go to 4th gear no matter what speed usually driving interstate at 70 and its in 3rd i can open hptuners and command 4th gear just fine and it will stay and shift. i cannot figure it out any help would be appreciated. i used bluecat tool to tune the trans as close as I could.

Looking at the datalog it shows 70mph at 2000 rpms and TCC is locked in 4th gear. Is that when you commanded 4th with the Scanner?

truck will shift all the way to 3rd and I can command 4th gear thru scanner and it shifts up and holds soon as I un command it shifts back to3rd

Confirmed shifting 1-3 is good I cleaned the plugs out with electrical cleaner and now trans turbine speed/ input shaft rpm is working now weird because my truck is a 2000 Silverado 4x4 I thought it wasn’t till later years iss was used still no 4th can command it still

4th gear will have the A solenoid (aka 1-2) ON and the B solenoid (aka 2-3) OFF
Just as your image shows
You're logging a bunch of channels that do not need to be recorded
Get rid of all the 3-2 channels. That solenoid has absolutely nothing to do with anything other than the 3-2 shift FEEL. It won't alter when it happens or if it is commanded, it just changes weather it feels firm or soft.
Logging all the force motor stuff isn't doing you any good either unless you know what you're looking at. If you want to log it, just log the actual amperage and ignore the rest.
I'd ADD the "commanded gear" channel...just makes it easy at a glance to look and see which gear is being commanded without having to look at both shift solenoids to know which gear.
ISS was introduced as early as 06 in some vehicles. Many of them by 07.
plain and simple...if you can command it with the scanner and it will shift and be OK...your issue isn't in the trans...it is in the control system for the trans.
