A 4200rpm stall is going to be loose for daily driving.
What does it flash to, or what does it foot stall to?
Thanks

9.5" version, 6 bolt, flash stall is 4300 and brake stall/load stall is 4150ish. Doesn't start pulling noticeably until about 3000rpm, can sit at a light without the brakes lol.
As far as that goes, it looks like you're suffering a combination of 2 things- one, the lockup enable speed is set way high, maybe. Two- You might have a kick-butt trans cooler and your transmission isn't at operating temperature yet. I noticed the ambient was 37*F, the transmission needs to be a minimum of 68*F to enable lockup. On 30*F mornings around here my truck takes nearly 5 miles in-city driving or 11 miles interstate to warm up enough to engage lockup.
I did not see lockup happen at all in either of the two videos.
