Just received a quote from Pyle Brothers and it is going to be $995 for the front, $995 for the rear and $500 for the differential. Total estimate was b/t $1,800 and $2,400 for the whole thing.
That seems a bit high

Just receive a quote from 4 Wheel Parts and the total for everything is $1800. Which is going to be about $500 less than Pyle Brothers and almost an hour closer to the house. I have done a few things with 4 Wheel Parts and have never had an issue but never anything like this. Mostly air filters, chips, shocks, lifts, etc. Can they be trusted to do it the right way?

DO NOT GO TO 4 Wheel Parts. I wouldn't let those clowns work on my lawnmower.

Yeah parts from RMS are very reasonable. I bought 2 master install kits and one set of 4.10 gears for a 9.5" 14 bolt for around $650. I also purchased 2 Detroit Lockers for the 9.5" diffs again from Summit Racing and they are $1350 before shipping... just over $1600 including the border BS to get them to me.
Install should only be a few hundred dollars for the rear.

Dang this is great info I appreciate all of it. I for sure want to make sure I do it all while I am doing this so the total overhall is what I will do. I assume if I tell Pyle Brothers that they will understand what I am doing.
The main reason I am doing this is for performance and towing. I don't have a huge boat (16x50x54 Gator Trax with a Mud Buddy Motor but I haul it all over the state and beyond.
I have also be told to consider actually going all the way up to 4.56 since I have a larger 295/70/17 trail grapplers. I was told that with the oversize tires it would be like having 3.73 gears on factory size tires. Any input on going all the way to 4.56?
