Would anyone be able to tell me if the 2004 model used a yoke that has a sleeve pressed on it like the one pictured below? Thanks for any help you can offer.

What you need to ask is do you have old style seal or the new style?

The one pictured above is a 2pc/integrated seal design.

There is what you have pictured above, PLUS a seal on the diff. That is the new design.

I'm not sure if there is a way to tell outside of crawling under and looking.
