Swapping parts is easy, it's making the electronics function that isn't as easy.

You'd have to somehow make a totally different vehicles calibration work in a Silverado. The 10 speeds came out in the Yukon's and Escalades that still run the same E92 computer but the Silverado/Sierra never got them until 2019 when they new computers rolled out. Nobody has cracked a 2019 computer yet and it's totally different and wouldn't work in the previous body style anyway.

I see VIN/OS mismatch issue's straight away because the Silverado from 2014-2018 didn't use a 10 speed auto.

What if I just got a Yukon engine harness and used the 10speed auto computer for the trans. For the engine I’ll just use my factory Silverado computer

Everything talks as one, you can't have two separate computers on the can-bus.

The PCM and TCM must match each other, the VIN's and calibration must be the same for them to work together without any hiccups.

You'd run into the same issue. The ZL1 calibration is meant for a car with totally different wiring, body control functions and ABS/Stabilitrak. All of those things talk with each other now, the calibrations are built specifically around what vehicle they go in.

It's possible that if you went full stand alone with just the PCM/TCM it could function but even that seems far out in left field with how advanced these computer systems are.
