Did you measure your current driveshaft angles and see if they are still okay?

How are your u-joints?

i have been searching on here and found multiple threads started on this same topic but can't find one where anybody has actually done the swap or said where a 1 piece could be purchased.
i really think a 1-piece aluminum shaft from a 2005 crew cab 2wd will work just trying to see if anybody has done it

the truck is going to be getting a 408 and 4l80 dropped in soon and the local dyno shop won't run it without 1-peice shaft

If your plan is to get a 408/4L80e have someone build a 3in thick walled steel driveshaft for you.

Don't even consider a stock driveshaft from a factory truck, they are not rated for high speeds and a built driveshaft made to handle more power is the right way to go.
